On this beautiful West Virginia day the menu features a classic local mountaineer meal: Mac-N-Cheese, cornbread, and pinto beans and it is accompanied by a chef’s salad and watermelon with their choice of milk. Of course we provide a generous salad bar for students to make their own salads on as well. Go Mountaineers!
