Let’s help our upperclassmen discover the many paths open to them after graduation! #onreddevils

On this #WonderfulWednesday, we’re excited to shine our Senior Spotlight on the incredible ✨Noah Tyler!✨
Noah is a hardworking senior at OHHS and FIT. He has found his passion at Fayetteville Fire Department, working as a Jr., and volunteering countless hours at the department over the past two years. He has completed as much training as possible, especially enjoying rope rescue. He hopes to become a professional firefighter during college.
Noah has remained focused academically, maintaining a 4.0 GPA, and is a member of the National Honor Society. He plans to attend WVU Tech to study engineering after graduation. He has always loved planes, trains, and automobiles - the older the better. He is currently working to restore his 1964 Chevy C10 and a couple of Farmall Tractors.
Outside of school and the fire department, Noah is very active in his church and loves spending time with his family. You will likely find him off exploring the mountains and rivers of WV, usually with his best girl Luna, his goofy German Shepherd. Noah has a bright future ahead and is excited to see what opportunities await him. ❤️🖤

🚨✨ Academic Spotlight! ✨🚨
Our 12th grade Civics students in Mrs. Toney’s class recently took on the challenge of “Build a Government Shark Tank Pitch.”
After studying the political philosophies of John Locke, Thomas Hobbes, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, and Montesquieu, students worked in teams to design their very own government models inspired by these big ideas. 🏛️
The final step? Pitching their governments Shark Tank–style to their classmates, complete with persuasive arguments, creativity, and teamwork. 💡🦈
We are so proud of our seniors for their critical thinking, collaboration, and innovative presentations! 👏 #CivicsInAction #AcademicSpotlight #OHHS
