✨ Happy National School Principals’ Day! ✨
Today, we celebrate a leader whose impact can be felt in every hallway, classroom, event, and success story at Oak Hill High School — our principal, Mrs. Katie Hayes. ❤️🖤
A proud Red Devil through and through, Mrs. Hayes has dedicated her career to serving the students, staff, and community she loves. From her years in the classroom to her leadership in the front office, she has always led with heart, determination, and an unwavering belief in what our students can achieve.
Mrs. Hayes brings compassion, strength, and steady leadership to OHHS each and every day. Whether she’s supporting teachers, encouraging students, cheering on the Red Devils at events, or working behind the scenes to create opportunities for our school, she does it all with grace and genuine care for others.
Her commitment to Oak Hill goes far beyond a job title — it’s a lifelong investment in this community and the people in it. Because of her leadership, OHHS continues to grow, succeed, and remain a place where students and staff are supported, challenged, and valued.
Please join us in thanking Mrs. Hayes for all she does for Oak Hill High School and for the countless lives she impacts every day.
❤️🖤 Thank you, Mrs. Hayes! 🖤❤️

History came to life in the halls of OHHS today! 🌎📚
Students in World Studies created timelines to demonstrate historical events, explain gaps in time, and explore the relationships between major moments in history. It’s one thing to memorize dates — it’s another to see how events connect and shape the world around us. Great work by these students thinking critically about cause, effect, and historical context! ❤️🖤

Come out this evening and support the Lady Red Devils as they host Princeton! ❤️🥎🖤

Baseball is back on the road at Capital tonight! ❤️⚾🖤

Come out this evening and enjoy some live music! ❤️🎶🖤

Sidewalks turned into study guides! ✏️🌎☀️
Mr. Clouston’s AP Human Geography students took their review outside today, using sidewalk chalk to recreate and explain major models and concepts ahead of next week’s AP exam. From population pyramids and demographic transition models to migration patterns and land-use theories, these students brought human geography to life across campus!
Good luck to our AP Human Geography students as they prepare for exam day — your hard work is showing! ❤️🖤 #OAKstrong

Baseball is on the road as they face off against Riverside this evening! ❤️⚾🖤

Good luck to our Lady Red Devils as they travel to take on Shady Spring this evening! ❤️🥎🖤

Before they walk across the stage, some of the Class of 2026 wanted to leave a few words behind for the students coming after them. ❤️🖤
From reminders to stay on top of deadlines, to advice about making memories, protecting your peace, showing up, staying true to yourself, and not overthinking the future — Ms. Higg’s English 12 students put together a “Senior Advice Column” for the next generation of Red Devils.
Some are funny. Some are heartfelt. Some are brutally honest. All of them come from experience.
Class of 2027… take heed. 👀🎓 #OAKstrong

🌱🍎 A huge thank you to New Roots Community Farm for hosting Ms. Denny’s Health classes for a day full of hands-on learning and fun!
Students participated in a juice-making contest, learned how to make paper from leftover juice pulp, and even got their hands dirty weeding and preparing soil for summer crops. 🌿♻️
We appreciate opportunities like this that connect our students to healthy living, sustainability, and the hard work that goes into growing our food. Thank you to everyone at New Roots for a wonderful experience for our Red Devils! ❤️🖤 #OAKstrong

On this #WonderfulWednesday, we are proud to give you senior ✨Jaydon Mullins!✨
