West Virginia is a state that works to achieve high standards through varying accountability practices. According to research, using data from broad arrays of assessments can better inform educators, as well as parents, as we work together to achieve growth and change.  Fayette County is pleased to inform you that students in grades Third through Eighth received an email at their K12 student account, with information regarding 2025 Summative scores. In the email, a link to the Family Portal and access code should be included. When clicking on the link, you should be able to see your child’s 2025 Spring Summative results. Additionally, the email will include an individual student's video score report.  

To access your child’s Summative results, please complete the following steps: 

  • Check your child/children’s email account for the access code. 

  • Click on Audience 

  • Family Portal: Enter the access code, student date of birth, and first name.
