Itβs #WonderfulWednesday, and today weβre shining our Senior Spotlight on the awesome β¨Ashton Legg! β¨
Ashton is the youngest of 5 children and also the only girl. She is sweet, kind, and funny, but can be fairly quiet until you get to know her. She loves to travel any chance she gets - especially to concerts, WVU sporting events, and as many MLB games with her dad as possible (go Dodgers!).
Ashton loves Jesus and works in her churchβs nursery with the infants. She loves hiking, hanging out with her friends, and spending quality time with her family. She also loves animals - especially her dog, West, and her horse, Ashely.
An excellent student, she is a member of the National Honor Society and this year is taking exclusively Dual Credit courses. Following graduation, she plans to attend WVU to major in Exercise Physiology with plans to pursue Medical School after.
Ashton truly embodies what it means to be OAK Strong, and we are so proud of her and excited to see all that this world holds for her! β€οΈπ€

We're back with fantastic senior β¨Brysen Legoβ¨ on this #WonderfulWednesday!
Brysen Lego is a senior at Oak Hill High School whoβs excited to spend his last year back where it all started. After beginning his freshman year at OHHS, Brysen transferred to Parkersburg High School for his sophomore and junior yearsβbut now heβs back home and ready to make the most of his senior year as a proud Red Devil.
Brysen lives in Fayetteville with his mom, Jennifer Lego, and has one older sister. Heβs passionate about hunting and wrestlingβtwo things that keep him competitive, focused, and always up for a challenge. This year, heβll be wrestling for OHHS, and heβs looking forward to a great season on the mat.
When heβs not training or in class, Brysen likes to stay busy. He spent this past summer working for a roofing company, where he learned the value of hard work (and how hot those rooftops can get in July!). Heβs also known for having a bit of a need for speedβhe admits he loves to drive just a little faster than needed.
Whether heβs out hunting, hanging with friends, or spending time with family, Brysen brings a fun, easygoing energy to everything he does. With his determination and sense of adventure, thereβs no doubt heβll make his senior year one to remember.
Brysen, we're so happy that you returned to your Red Devil roots for your senior year, and we can't wait for all of the wonderful things your future surely holds! β€οΈπ€
