Eighth grade students will be traveling to Hawks Nest State Park Friday January 5. A permission slip was sent home today January 3, if you DO NOT wish for your child to attend please sign and return. Please make sure students are dressed appropriately for outdoor activities. Thank you.

Tomorrow, 1/3/24, is winter sports pictures and the last day for makeup pictures. Deadline to purchase a year book is 1/5/24. The cost is $55 make checks payable to Cardinal Photo. Thank you.

We would like to remind all MTHS students that the PBIS blanket fundraiser is due tomorrow, 12/15/23. We would like to encourage everyone to sell at least 1 blanket. This is for student incentives. High school students return their firm and money into Ms. Walls. Middle school students hand theirs into Mr. C. Miller. Thank you.

Yearbooks are on sale until Jan. 5, 2024. The amount is $55. Return orders to Ms. Walls.

The Midland Trail Book Fair will be open to the public this evening (12/4/23) from 4:30PM to 6:45PM in Mr. Moeller’s room. The book fair accepts cash, checks, credit cards and Apple Pay.

November 30, 2023 is the second nine weeks midterm. Please check your students' Schoology accounts. If you need a printed copy of their grades please contact the office. Thank you.

Today our 9th Grade PSAP Class concluded their unit on the Spread of Infectious Diseases. The groups presented to a medical panel from Ranielle Medical Center. It’s exciting to see real-world application and community involvement in helping our students learn and grow.



This is a reminder that this year's New Haven Christmas Project will take place on Saturday December 9th at midland trail high school. The parents will be able to shop free for your children as well as the children will also be able to get a gift for the parents . If you have not registered, you must do so by Monday, Dec 4th by 12:00pm. No late applications will be accepted after this date and time. You can register at the link sent to your child's school email or go to the New Haven Christmas Project Facebook page and click on the 2023 registration link. Please only submit one application per household. You will be contacted by phone at the number listed on your application between Dec 5th and Dec 8th with a time to arrive at Midland Trail High School.

Thursday 11/16/23 will be the last day to bring in canned food and non perishable goods for the canned food drive sponsored by the student council. Please send them to with your student. Thank you.

The link to the New Haven Christmas Project has been sent to your child's email address. Please follow the instructions on the link to register. Make sure and register by the deadline date. No applications will be accepted once the link goes down on the deadline date. This is very important......if you have children in multiple schools in the New Haven District, please only submit one application per household and list all children in that household on the same application. The child/children listed on your application must live in your household and you must have guardianship of the child listed on your application.

World Kindness Week at MTHS!


Thanking all those that served Past, Present, and Future.


This week is Red Ribbon week. Our theme is “Be kind to your mind. Live drug free.” At the school, students will engage in activities to promote a drug free and healthy lifestyle. Please partner with us and discuss this message at home, at the dinner table, at family outings, and with friends and family.
The middle school will be dressing up this week for Red Ribbon week. Mondays theme is Pajama Day. Students are encouraged to wear comfy clothes and “Hit snooze on drugs".
